Design capabilities
We provide innovative and efficient architectural and engineering designs tailored to each project’s specific needs. Our team ensures that every design maximizes space, functionality, and aesthetics. We have successfully completed designs and permits for over 250 homes, proving our expertise and thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape. We have actively worked with more than 14 Cities & 4 Counties in DFW, ensuring our projects meet local regulations and standards.
Digital construction
Studio to site approach Digital construction is pivotal to our innovative methodology, transforming every construction phase. Leveraging technologies like Building Information Modelling (BIM), we create a comprehensive digital twin for each home, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Our Studio -to -Site approach, designing meticulously in the studio and seamlessly transitioning to on -site construction, enhances precision and streamlines the entire process.
Nejeeb khan
Founder & CEO
Nejeeb holds a master’s degree in Architecture & Urban Design from the University of Colorado. A licensed architect and a member of AIA and RIBA, he has worked across 12 countries, designing over 60 million square feet of buildings. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned architects such as Peter Dominique, Curtis Fentress, and B.V. Doshi. Nejeeb founded the multidisciplinary firm KGD Architecture, later selling it to Katerra in 2019, where he served as Country Head. Currently, he is part of the management team at Onx Homes
